Bali Government tried to implement the odd-even vehicle numbers, a program that has been success in Jakarta. The program started in September 25th, to minimized visitor flow to beach area like Kuta and Sanur.  These two beach are the most potentially gather crowds as tourist focal point and the center of ceremonies.

But on the 6th of October 2021 Bali Governor Wayan Koster decided to scrap the regulation because it proves as ineffective. They haven’t decided another rule to maintain the incoming of crowds to those beaches.
